Sr. Youth

FIREPROOF

This event is offered every Wednesday night from 7-9pm. It is an evening filled with “getting to each other better” games, and other games like dodgeball, kickball, garbage ball, etc. We end each evening with Bible Study. It is a great opportunity to grow closer to other Christian youth and more importantly grow closer to Christ. FIREPROOF was developed by youth based on Isaiah 43:2, “…When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”

G.A.S.

G.A.S. stand for Grow and Serve. We gather together on various dates to go out in the Ft. Wayne community and serve others in Christian love. We have done events like cleaning an apartment, painting and helping out A Hope Center.

Mission Trips

Most summers a mission trip is offered. This is a chance to serve others on a long term project. We have gone to Monterrey, Mexico and Ethete, Wyoming.

Youth Gatherings

Every 3 years we go to the LC-MS National Youth Gathering. We also go to the Youth Encounter Construction Zone. These events are great opportunities to grow closer to Jesus and have a lot of fun in the process.

Sunday School

Every Sunday from Labor day to Memorial Day there is Bible study offered 9:30-10:30am
Other various event s are also offered throughout the year like lock-ins, pool parties, Super Bowl Party, Movie nights, going out to eat, etc
