Program: St. Michael Lutheran Pre-School offers a program which is designed to facilitate your child's development through areas such as spiritual/social living, communication arts, expressive arts, wellness and discovery about the world. The pre-school believes that these experiences are an important part of your child's development. For these reasons, St. Michael Lutheran Pre-School will:
- Provide a Christian atmosphere in which your child can play and learn
- Allow your child to grow and learn at his/her own rate
- Permit your child to become aware of the continuing and loving presence of God in his/her life and in his/her surrounding environment
- Encourage good self-esteem in your child
- Develop your child's ability to listen attentively and follow directions
- Increase his ability to handle his emotions in a positive, constructive manner
- Teach your child the limits of behavior in regards to the safety of others and to respect the rights of others
- Help your child achieve more independence
- Establish the foundation for future learning in his/her elementary education
